I received this laptop, the disk drive did not work nor show up on the set up. I spoke to Dell 4 times to try to correct this, however they were not only rude but refused to speak to me because they stated my name was not the purchaser!! I attempted to ask if it could be because it was bought through Amazon and not directly from Dell, however they were so rude that they would not even discuss it.
